likely to be of assistance.

As regards the training of Chinese aviators by
the Royal Air Force, this is a matter in which the policy
of His Majesty's Government would in the past have been
influenced by the necessity of observing neutrality during
the Chinese civil wars. Your point has however been noted
in the light of the new conditions which are now emerging.
