I have been reminded, by seeing it on a
schedule of unanswered despatches, that we have
never returned any reply to Hong Kong despatch
of 27th of August last (5 on 52911). This was
referred to the Air Ministry and we asked them in
No.11 on 52911 for their observations on
Hong Kong's proposals. There has been corres-
pondence on connected matters since, but they
have never furnished us with any observations
on this particular despatch.
? now remind them and ask for as early
a reply as possible.
