Enclosure No. 3.

No.569/1923.

Colonial Secretary's Office,

Hong Kong,

6th March, 1929.

Sir,

I am directed to acknowledge the receipt of

your letter of 16th February on the subject of a proposed

traffic agreement between your Corporation and this

Government.

I regret that there is no immediate prospect

of such an agreement being signed, as such a course would

require the sanction of the Secretary of State for the

Colonies.

The question has accordingly been referred to

London and I shall not fail to let you have the earliest

possible information on the subject.

The General Manager,

Radio Corporation of the Philippines,

MANII A.

I am, &c.,

(Sd.)

Colonial Secretary.
