failed on account of the Kuomintang's betrayal of
our Revolution, yet Hong Kong was reduced to a
desolate island during the Strike. The "LO FAN" (foreigners) who used to beat the Chinese with their

18th Stage of Hell. Our workmen! Brace up your
courage and be active against the Imperialists and their
"tame dogs". In commemorating June 19th and 23rd we
should shout loudly:-
"Absolute freedom of assembly, speech and
strike!"
"Re-instate all labour unións which were in
existence during the Strike!"
"Oppose the dismissal of workmen by factory
owners!!!
"Increase the wages of our workmen and reduce
our working hours!"
