all labour unions in the Province.
Article 2.
The system for the unification of labour unions
and their names shall be set out in a separate schedule.
Article 3.
After the publication of the se regulations, all labour unions shall, if in Canton within one month
and if in outlying districts within 3 months, fill
in their names in accordance with the schedule above
mentioned and re-register themselves in compliance
with the procedure specified in the Labour Unions'
Law. As to any labour union which is to be amal-
gamated with another or to be reorganized, it shall
within the time specified above, convene an extra-
ordinary or representative meeting, at which 5-9
representatives shall be appointed by election, in
proportion to the number of members, to apply for
registration in compliance with the procedure specified
in the Labour Unions' Law.
Article 4.
Any labour union, when approved by the Government
for registration on their application through the
office concerned, shall pay to the said office a fee
of $2.00, and obtain from it the necessary seal and
certificate.
Article 5.
In case of any dispute over the number of
representatives, the matter shall be referred to the
Government for decision.
Article 6.
Any labour union, which has been registered with
the approval of the Government, shall hold a general
registration
