Reinstatement of Anti-Communist
Labour Unions under the cry for
the Unification of Labour.
No.201/29.
Sa
It has been resolved by the Branch Political Council
that the laws for the unification of all labour unions in
China and the Labour Unions' Law should be passed to the
Commissioner of Civil Administration for publication.
At
the same time, the All-Kwangtung Labour Union, seeing that some of the Labour Unions which were Anti-Communist had
been proscribed by mistake in the years past, affecting
seriously the labour agreements they have made, and throwing their members out of employment, sent a petition to the
Branch Political Council, applying that the Provincial
Government be called upon to issue an order to reinstate
all Anti-Communist Labour Unions which were under their
control. The Branch Political Council has considered the
petition and has passed it to the Provincial Government to be dealt with. Now the All-Kwangtung Labour Union has draw up an investigation form and sent it to all unions
under their control for purposes of investigation.
We now
also publish below the regulations published by the Commissioner of Civil Administration for the enforcement
of the Labour Unions Ordinance:-
Article 1.
The Regulations are made in accordance with the
Labour Unions Ordinance published by the Branch Political Council, Canton, and the resolutions they
made at their 112th Meeting for the unification of
