The Anti-Japanese Association in Kwangtung is to be wound up and reorganised under the name of the Association for the Encouragement of Native
Products. It is not certain what form its exactions
will take in the future; but it is not unlikely that its members will attempt to secure a livelihood by levying blackmail on shops dealing in imported goods.
