The question of the division of Capital and Subsidy
between Hong Kong 'Canton Macao was discussed, and it was
considered that this should be investigated by the Financial
Advisors of the Governments concerned.
It is considered that every effort should be made to
clear up any points that require further investigation.
It is also considered that another conference should be
called as soon as possible, so as to draw up the policy of the
three Governments in concrete form, as until this is done, it
is impossible to form the "Company".
