RIGHTS OF OPERATION AND GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE.

It is agreed that the "Company" should be granted free

landing and operational rights at Hong Kong, Canton, and Macao.

It is agreed that all

assistance should be granted to

the "Company" with regard to Meteorological and Wireless Services

free of charge.

It is agreed that free accomodation for Machines visiting

Macao and Canton, would be granted, always provided that it was

available without turning out the Canton or Macao Machines.

It is agreed that the Governments concerned should not

offer or give support to any other company that proposes to

operate over the routes already operated by the "Company", or

to any company working in direct competition to the "Company",

The period to be the same as for the Subsidy, five years.

REGISTRATION OF "COMPANY"

It is agreed by Lieut; Cabral (Macao) and Mr.R.Vaughan-

-Fowler, that the "Company" should be a British Company register

-ed in Hong Kong.

(b)

The Representatives from Canton suggested that the

Company should also be registered under the Chinese Government.
