time I am to suggest that if Mr. Secretary Amery has
any remarks to make upon the terms of the proposed
reply to the General Officer Commanding as suggested
by the Army Council, with the amplifications proposed
by the Air Ministry, they may be communicated at the
earliest possible moment to the War Office and to the
Air Ministry.
