Mr. Amery would suggest therefore
that this condition should be
waived.
If the Air Council agree
they will doubtless consider
whether the conditions imposed
in the case of Singapore aerodrome,
contained in the Air Ministry
letter S26451/DDCA of the 25th
of April, 1928, should not also
be imposed in this instance.
