Despatch No. 109 of 10 Aril 1928, regarding the
reorganisation of the "ongkong and Centon Wireless
Service, I have the honour to close for voir
informion a copy of a report dated 1st Torch 1928
by Kr. 1.H. Ming, Electrical Engineer, Public Works Department, outlining the position of Wireless in
Hong Hong and containing his recomendations for the improvement of the Colony's Service. It was proposed

Cope D'Aguilar Station, utilising to a largo catent
cxisting 'uiMiner, and of the total expenditure to be
incurred under the scheme, vin, $165,240, to expend $60,790.-
during the current year, inly on new plant,
