The agreement as to the boundary of the
new territories is in the enclosure to No. 125.

in the attached print, Nothing is said there about
a swamp or about what is to happen if the northern
bank of the River changes its position. No
previous correspondence on the subject can be traced
nor can anything be found about the draining of this
swamp. The only thing to do, therefore, seems to
be to send this out to the Governor for observations,
short draft, and send copy of draft to the War Office
LF.
