Sir,
With further reference to Mr. Beckett's letter of
the 28th July last (52825/28), and in continuation of my letter
I of the 17th October (CASIR), the Selection Committee have now

received the following notes on Miss K.P. Curtin and
Miss M. Riley from H.M.Inspector of Schools Mr. G.T. Hankin:-
"Miss Kathleen P. Curtin is well spoken of by her Head
Mistress. She and her friend Miss Riley would make a
good pair".
"Miss Riley is obviously a very suitable candidate.
Head Mistress speaks very well of her as a teacher.
