PROCLAMATION.

Governor and Commander-in-Chief.

WHEREAS by section 4 of Ordinance No. 136 (Arms and Explosives), it is enacted that the Governor in Council may prohibit by Proclamation for a period in such Proclamation to be mentioned the exportation from the Colony either absolutely or to any country, territory or place without the Colony in such Proclamation to be specified of arms, guns, explosives

or any specified class of explosives or naval or military

stores or articles which in the opinion of the Governor in Council

are capable of being converted into arms, guns, explosives or any

specified class of explosives or naval or military stores or of being made useful for manufacturing any of the said articles.

AND WHEREAS a Proclamation dated 29th day of November,

1924, and published in the Gazette Extraordinary of the 1st December, 1924, prohibiting the exportation of certain articles therein referred to from the Colony to certain destinations has

been made and issued under section A of Ordinance No. 136

(Arms and Explosives).

AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the Proclamation

aforesaid should be revoked.

NOW IT IS HEREBY PROCLAIMED by the Governor in Council

that the above-mentioned Proclamation be and the same is hereby

revoked.
