PROHIBITED EXPORTS.

(30th June, 1922)

1. (1) No person shall, except with the express per-

mission of the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, export

any of the following articles to any destination:-

Hongkong silver subsidiary coins, provided that a

bona fide traveller leaving the Colony may take

with him Hongkong silver subsidiary coins of the

total face value of not more than fifty dollars.

Silver dollers.

Provided that this paragraph shall not apply to Chinese

dollars, or to silver dollars which pass through the waters of

the Colony in transit, that is to say, without landing or

transhipment.

(2) No person shell, except with the express permission of

the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, export any Chinese

crsh except to Chine.

(3) No person shell, excent with the express permission of

the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, export any of the

following articles to any destination:-

Aircraft of all kinds and their component parts.

Ammunition (whole or parts).

Arms of all kinds and their component parts.

Explosives, other then industrial explosives.

Saltmetre.

Sulphur.
