The Governor of Macao, with whom I recently
had an opportunity of discussing this matter, is much in
favour of commercial aviation between Hong Kong, Canton and Macao. It is also quite probable that such a service, if inaugurated, may be extended to Swatow and probably also up
the West River at least as far as Wuchow in Kuangsi province.
