With reference to Mr. Barlow's letter of
25th February 1927 on the subject of the deposit of sovereigns with the Crown Agents for the Colonies as part security for excess note issue, I have the honour to enclose copies of documents from the Colonial Office and Treasury and should be glad to know if the Treasury suggestion meets with your requirements.
