Your telegram of 14th June Hong Kong and Shanghai
Banking Corporation security note issue I have authorised
the Colonial Secretary Singapore to deliver 5% War
Loan bonds (1,850,000 dollars) to the Singapore
Manager as no longer required to cover note issue.
