June, 1927, concerning Mr. M. Kitayama's proposal of
continuing the fishery enterprise started by Messrs.
Hayashi & Co., I am directed to inform you that His
Excellency the Governor has been pleased to grant
permission to Mr. Kitayama to take the place of Messrs.
Hayashi & Company.
