pensions; that the Pensions Minute should
be examined generally with a view to its
being brought into conformity with modern
Colonial pension enactments; but that any
alteration of the basis of calculation of
pensions should not be considered, at all
events until the effect of the above
recommendations and of any revision of
salaries is apparent.
