Re Aberdeen Catchment Area Development.
The Chairman stated that the meeting was called to
consider the advisability of immediately proceeding with the Aberdeen Valley Catchment Area Development Scheme and read a statement by r. Henderson shewing the comparative quantities of water obtainable for the Aberdeen Schene (2.12 million gallons) as compared with the Shing Lun 1st Section Scheme from which only .C2 million gallons would
be available in 1929 owing to the increased demands of
Kowloon.
