Plan B. This shows a suggested lay-out for the Air Port on

the Reclamation Area and a tentative lay-out for two Air Force Squadrons on the Government land immediate- ly adjoining, while quarters for liarried Officers are shown on higher ground to the east, where sites can be formed, but these for the present must be

considered as tentative only.

The full red line shows the boundary of the

Air Port site which has been resumed by the Hong

Kong Government.

The red dotted line shows the boundary of

Government land which may be reserved for the Air

Force Squadrons.

The triangular area at the west, the building

lots of which are edged in green, conta in the

Kowloon City Police Station and private buildings,

the heights of which do not exceed 60 feet.

The letters and numbers on the plan indicate

the following:-

A. Main Entrance to the Air Port.

B. Entrance to Air Force Squadrons.

C.

Existing private house known as "Field Cottage"

not more than 40 feet high. If ultimately

considered necessary for the Air Port, this

property could be resumed.

D. Proposed Flight Gap this area also will be

resumed when found necessary.

E. Existing Factory not more than 60 feet high.

This property has been acquired by the Hong Kong

Government but prior to this the Crown Lessee

sub-leased the property for 10 years from 1926.

It is proposed to allow the sub-tenant to

continue in occupation for the remaining period

of his lease (i.e. until 1936) unless the

requirements
