Kai Tek Aerodrome.
With reference to your telegram of the
15th August 1928 and the protracted correspondence
preceding iù, I have the honour to inform you that
Ir. Dawson duly arrived in the Colony and on the
29th September 1928 submitted a report on Kai Tek Aerodrome, of which a copy forms Enclosure I to this
despatch. The report was examined by the Director of Public Works and commented on in detail and a copy
of his minute forms Enclosure 2.
2. On the 10th Cctober a Conference was held at Government House for the purpose of discussing the whole question before lir. Dwson's departure and Enclosure 3 is a full memorandum of the proceedings at the Conference. It will be noted in the concluding section that Kr. Dawson concurs in the record with one small amendment.
