In the opium return of the Government of Macao
for July, 1927, a copy of which will be found among
the enclosures to this despatch, mention is made of
five chests of Indian opium which are said to have
been confiscated by the Colonial authorities.
shall be glad if Your Excellency will obtain details of
.this seizure from the Portuguese Government.
