In reply to your letter of 18th June, 1928,
I am directed to inform you that provided the importation is in conformity with Article VI of the Opium Agreement signed at Geneva on February 11th, 1925, no objection will be taken to the transhipment at Hong Kong of the consignment of 100 chests of Persian Opium for Macau for the use of the Macau Opium Administration.
