Yes. The watchmen had access to the files and

should attach them. I put my appraisement figure at

the foot of the file. All this would be done before

order for sale was given. Sometimes the sale price

would be run up and greatly exceed the appraisement -

outsiders bidding against the ring.

There was a business being carried on and the

lanlord wanted it to be kept on. The watchmen were

kept in. The landlord came to my office with the Soli-

citor's clerk and asked for this to be done. The fees

were paid in August.
