26. If the Court has authorised the Registrer to mainta in
the upkeep of the S.S. Ling Nau, why was not an advance obtained from the Treasury and the accounts duly supported
by certified vouchers of the Registrar.
27. What supervision exists to see that the extra Watchmen paid by the Court are actually employed.
28. Why have no duly certified witnessed receipts of payment
been obtained.

That supervision is exercised at the time of teking
over thc effects of deceased persons.

Is a proper inventory made at the time of taking over
the effects.
51. Are the effects taken over examined by two persons.

Is a proper authorised record kept of the effects sent

34. Is any supervision exercised to see that the amount received from the auction relate to the whole of the effects
sent for auction.
35. Are the proceeds from the sale of effects of deceased persons promptly brought to account in the Official
Administrator's Accounts.
36. Thy are all and sundry persons allowed in the Head Bailiff's Office, where I worked for nine days, with apparently free access to all Court Documents.
In conclusion I regret to record that this has been
one of the most unpleasant tasks that I have been called upon to perform during my considerable service.
