2. It is realised by Senior Naval Officer, Yeat River, and Command ing officers of Nest River Plotilla that whenever possible they should endeavour to capture, not destroy, these piratical launches, the launches being probably stolen property. In this
case it appears from the re ports that there would have been considerable delay and difficulty in getting the alunoh refloated.
