except that in those two cases the imprisonment must be
without hard labour while here it may be with or without
hard labour.

Section 13 of this Ordinance repeals Ordinance No. 4
of 1886.
29. Section 14 provides that the Ordinance shall come into
operation on the 1st January, 1928.
30. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excel-
-lency the Governor may properly assent in the name of Hj s
Majesty and on His behalf.
