With referanoe to the post of superintendent of the Chinese Telegraph Administration at Hongkang the Canton Branch Political Counail formerly appointed Chiang Hsiao La (Kong sin-lui) thereto. As the administration of
government has now been unified Marshal iâ requested the Banking Ministry of Communications by telegraph to confirm the appointment of Chiang Hsiao L in the usual way and s
telegraphie reply has now been raasived from Minister Wang to the effect that a formal notification was published on
the 18th instant.

you to request the Hongkong Governar to allow Chiang Baiso
