recommend forthwith to his Government the draft joint
Bote agreed upon and to reconsend also that if it begane
nɛcessary to take international set.on, such action
should take the form, nut of landing parties but, of a
joint and continuous patrol of Bias bay,
It was agreed to await the replies of the five
Gʊvernmɑnta before preceeding further. If theso replies
were favourable the proposed plan would be submitted to
the whole Miplomatie Body and it would be recommended that
the Senior Məval Officers should be instructed, without
waiting for the actual presentation of the Howe, to con-
sert plans for an international patrol if required.
