Section 12 of the War Loan Ordinance, 1910, which
exempted from all taxation the bonds issued under that
Ordinance, la not repeated in the present Ordinance.

Sections 13 and 15 of the present Ordinance are copies
of sections 13 and 14 of the War Loan Ordinance, 1916.
Section 15 of this Ordinance exempta from military contribu-
tion all moneys appropriated out of revenue for the payment
of interest on the bonds and the formation of the sinking
fund, and also the interest on any investments representing
the sinking fund.

Section 14 of the Ordinance makes this loan a trustee
investment.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to whibh His Excel-
lency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His
Kajesty and on His behalf.
