Excellency the Governor, and yourself, on Monday, 5th September, we have the honour to inform you that our Head Offices, in reply, have requested us to inform His Excellency that if he takes the necessary step to close the Administration's Office, either as a temporary or permanent measure, the Companies will be prepared to undertake working pending agreement with the Canton Government.
