Lau Cheuk Pan, Comissioner of the Telegraph
Bureau in Hong Kong, is hereby dismissed, and than Cheung
Ying has been appointed to the vacancy. It is hoped that
Lau Cheuk Pon will hand over the charge to his successor
accordingly together with all funds that have passed through his hand. He should send in to the Ministry a
report as to the date on which he will hand the charge
over. This order.
