As a way out of the difficulty, I sussest that the Celegramus be printed as an appendix and with a separate Tabley Contents. Notes could be inserted in the text: referring to the appropriate telegram in the appendix. This would not disturb the lype. Pages 87 (for rote in text.), 96 (for reference to telegram subsequently printed), and 183 (for det-out of the proposed appendix) in the proof belors illustrate my sussistion.
