With reference to the letter from this
Department of the 25th July, relating to the
preparation of a new map of Hong Kong, I am directed to transmit to you a copy of a despatch from the Governor
of the Colony forwarding a copy of a letter from Dr.
Brock, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science,
University of British Columbia, asking to be furnished
with a copy of the new map when ready.
2. If the Amy Council see no objection the
Secretary of State would be glad if Dr.Brock's request
might be complied with in due course.
