The Ordinance does not apply to the New Territories
(other than New Kowloon), and the only area which it is at

resent proposed todéclare a prohibited area is a certain
portion of the hillside between Tai Tam Harbour on the west
and Big Wave Bay and Shek 0 on the east.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency
the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty
and on His behalf.
