My telegras unnumbered of 24th April Trale
situation. Trade with Canton is now wore or less
normal but botn there and at Sentor menace of
communistic peasant rising gives causa for anxiety.
Trade to Yangtze shows heavy falling off but reverse
traffic contimes in fair volume. Unmæbered
telegram of 4th.
