I am directed to acknowledge the
receipt of your letter No. 543, dated the
26th March, 1927, on the subject of a plot
to murder His Excellency the Governor
General of Netherland India and the Attorney
General of the Netherland Colonies and to
inform you that the premises of the Loong Tong Company, No.1, Connaught Road, West, were searched by the Police but that nothing
of special interest was discovered.
I am to assure you that this Govern- ment will be glad to do everything in its power to assist you in this matter.
