It is a matter of import to get more evidence

such as printed matter, codes, letters, etc., in this

connection I beg to solicit your cooperation, also,

eventually for a prosecution in law, when there is

evidence of sufficiently incriminating nature. I

have got the impression that people like the pro-

prietors of the Loong Fong Kongsie, No.1, Connaught Road, West (Praya), amongst others Mr. Lim Soe Oen

(Lim Su On) and Mr. W. Chow, have been plotting in

Hong Kong in connection with the contemplated murders

of the Governor General and the Attorney General.

The communist movement comprises the overthrow

of Governments, not established in accordance with their

doctrines, and the intended crimes are only the means to

the end. The matter concerns the British Government as

well as the Netherland Government. In this connection I

beg to refer you to a certain passage in my letter to the Captain Superintendent, assuring you of my cooperation:
