This effects the amendment which we asked
for in No .4 .
They have, incidently taken the
opportunity to revise certain provisions which
existed in the original Police Pension Rules, but
were left out when the Regulations were made in 1921.
(See No.3.).
These are the provisions for
forfeiture "on the pensioner knowingly associating
with thieves or suspected persons" etc.
I have no views on the question of the
inclusion or exclusion of these provisions.
? Approve and send a copy to the Accountant
General of the Navy, reference No.3.
