Dear Sir,

My brother, Ho Shai Lai, alias Robert Ho Tung, was born in Hong Kong in 1906, thus being a British subject until now. He wishes to become re-nationalised as a Chinese subject, and as this has to be done during his twenty-first year, he would be very much obliged if you could provide nim with the necessary form for de-nationalisation. Will you kindly forward same to the above address so that it could be delivered to him for signature?

Thanking you in anticipation,

I am, Sir,

Yours faithfully,

(Sɛd) (Miss) 1. Ho Tung.
