professional advice in connection with Hong Kong Harbour.

We assume that we shall be in order in

paying this small account under the arrangement authorised in your letter No. 36761 of 20th August 1925, by which it

was agreed that the unpaid balance (2,860) of the fee due

to them in respect of professional services rendered between

May 1920 and April 1923 should be merged in any future

work which they might undertake in connection with the

Hong Kong Harbour scheme.
