receipt of your telegram of the 5th of

May reporting that you have no grounds

for suspecting that H.M.H.Nemazee has

resumed his connection with the illicit

traffic in opium. In the circumstances

of October 1924, in regard to the withholding

of travelling facilities from Mr.Nemazee

and members of his family or firm, may be

regarded as withdrawn I trust, however,

that your Government will not relax its

vigilence and will take immediate action

if Mr. Nemazee or any members of his

family or firm are again found to be

infringing the opium laws of the Colony.
