Dear Sir Maurice Hankey,
Sir Samuel Wilson proposes to authorise the
issue of a telegram to the Governor of Hong Kong as
in the draft attached. Before doing so ne would like
to know whether you see any objection to the
transmission of the Summary of Conclusions from C.I.D.
Paper 771-B.
Our Secret despatch of the 20th of January,
to which reference is made in the draft, followed on
the correspondence between Wilson and yourself. Please
see your letter of the 21st of December.
