The difference in the estimated cost of
carrying out the works separately and together is
$352,800 in favour of the latter scheme. I would add that the cost of dredging would be very considerably enhanced, if the opportunity were not seized to make use of the Netherlands Harbour works dredgers which happen to be available now.
4. Not only is there a saving in cost, but there is also a saving in time. The
