The siting of the various buildings as shown on the

plan may require further consideration in the interests of

general convenience and in this connection it might be found

that it would be more convenient to place the customs, police

and medical officer on the west side near the junction of the

aerodrome and the western approach avenue as passengers taking air passage away from Hong Kong would arrive at the aerodrome more conveniently by car at the western side of the aerodrome as also passengers coming by air would more conveniently leave

by the west.

It is further submitted for the consideration of

Your Excellency whether it would be desirable to obtain plans

of some of the existing isolated aerodromes and possibly obtain

criticism of the present proposed "lay-out from those

responsible for the working of such aerodromes.
