Dear Mr. Paskin,
Further, with reference to my letter of 28th March
in reply to yours of 18th March about a Surveyor for
Hong Kong, I think you might cable to the Hong Kong
Governor in accordance with your first alterative
paragraph, but that it would be sufficient to ask the
Australian Commonwealth Government for a four months'
extension for the "Changte" and "Taiping".
