Colonial Government in the event of your
determining your engagement within the
period of six months referred to above
for any other reason then mental or
physical infirmity, You would also be
provided with a similar return passage
at the end of your engagement. In the
event of your engagement being terminated
by the Government through your own
misconduct your right to a free return
passage would lapse and the Hong Kong
Government would cease to be liable for
the payment of your salary and allowances
except as might be mutually agreed
between this Department and the Board of
Trade.

5. If Government quarters provided
rent will be charged. If not you will be
granted an allowance in lieu in
accordance with the regulations of the
Hong Kong Government. A summary of these
